On whatever schedule you set, Sift checks your mentions, threads you're in, and any channels you choose to watch.
Writes a summary
Sift decides whether a thread is really yours to act on and writes a one-line summary. Related threads about the same thing get merged into one item.
Keeps itself current
Items close out when something's handled and fade to "stale" when a thread goes quiet, so the list stays honest without you managing it.
Stays on your Mac
Sift only ever reads Slack — it never posts or replies. You bring your own AI key, and nothing is stored in any cloud.
